LD 0725N is a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) resin with a melt flow rate of 0.75 g/10 min (190°C/2.16 kg), specifically engineered for mono- and multilayer blown film extrusion. This additive-free grade features a well-balanced molecular structure, allowing the production of films with excellent mechanical strength and superior optical properties.

The resin is compatible with all standard polyethylene extruders and processes efficiently. Optimal melt processing temperatures range from 170°C to 220°C.

For best results, a blow-up ratio of 2:1 is recommended, with a film thickness between 25 μm and 100 μm, ensuring high-quality films suitable for a wide range of flexible packaging applications.
