Polyol 45%, also known as POP 45%, is a high-solid-content polymer polyol based on propylene oxide and ethylene oxide chemistry, grafted with approximately 45% styrene-acrylonitrile (SAN) copolymer solids. It is specially engineered for high load-bearing polyurethane applications, delivering excellent mechanical strength, firmness, and resilience.

This grade is widely used in the production of both conventional and high-resilience (HR) slab stock foams where enhanced durability and structural performance are required.
