Process Overview:

• Pre-measured water and TDI are loaded into dedicated pouring tanks positioned above the main mixing vessel
• Polyol and catalyst are manually weighed and added into the mixing vessel, and Speed 1 is activated for initial mixing
• From the control panel, TDI and water valves are opened, allowing controlled flow into the mixing chamber
• Once all components are added, Speed 2 is engaged for thorough and uniform mixing
• The mixed formulation is automatically discharged into the mold
• The mold is manually closed to allow foam expansion
• Within 5–10 minutes, the foam block is fully set and ready for demolding
