The CCM Circular Cutting Machine is a high-precision, fully automatic solution designed for cutting flexible PU foam blocks into sheets with exceptional accuracy. It is capable of producing thick mattress foam (100–200 mm) as well as ultra-thin sheets down to 1.5 mm, making it suitable for a wide range of foam processing applications.

Available in two models, CCM56 and CCM66, the machine is designed to meet varying production capacities and industrial requirements.

Working Principle:

The machine operates using an AC motor with variable speed control that drives a rotary table on which foam blocks are placed. During operation, the slitting head automatically lowers to the pre-set thickness after each revolution, enabling continuous and uniform sheet production with precise stacking.

Cutting is performed using an endless band knife running over four dynamically balanced wheels, ensuring smooth, accurate, and high-quality cuts with a fine surface finish.
