LD 4025AS is a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) grade with a melt flow rate of 4.0 g/10 min (measured at 190°C/2.16 kg), specifically developed for mono- and multilayer thin-gauge blown film extrusion applications.

This resin is enhanced with slip and antiblock additives and features a molecular structure optimized for excellent mechanical strength and superior optical clarity. It is fully compatible with standard PE extrusion equipment, ensuring consistent and easy processing. For optimal performance, processing is recommended at melt temperatures between 150°C and 190°C.

Films produced from LD 4025AS exhibit excellent quality with a blow-up ratio of 2.5:1, and a film thickness between 15 μm and 40 μm is suggested for best results.
