Product Description:
FK1826 is a specific grade of Borouge’s polyethylene (PE), designed for high-performance flexible packaging. It is known for its excellent sealing performance, good optical properties, and superior mechanical strength (puncture and tear resistance). The material is used in applications such as lamination films, heavy-duty sacks, and agricultural films.
Properties:
- Sealing: Outstanding low seal initiation temperature (SIT) and high hot tack force.
- Mechanical: Excellent puncture and tear resistance.
- Processability: Easy to process with high throughput potential, including for downgauging.
- Optics: Good optical clarity.
- Additives: Contains Slip, Antiblock, Antioxidant, and Processing Aid (PPA)
