PP 519A is a homopolymer polypropylene resin engineered to maximize the production efficiency of very fine filament titers while maintaining an excellent balance of mechanical strength and softness. Its optimized rheological properties support high-speed fiber manufacturing, particularly for nonwoven fabrics with low basis weight, even at reduced processing temperatures.

SABIC® PP 519A features a very narrow molecular weight distribution, making it compatible with a wide range of spunbond machinery for diverse nonwoven applications. The grade also includes a specialized anti-gas fading system to prevent fiber discoloration, ensuring consistently high product quality.
