The BC1400H Block Cutter is a high-precision cutting solution designed for use at the end of slabstock foaming lines. It ensures accurate and efficient cutting of PU foam blocks to the required length while maintaining smooth workflow and consistent production output.
This machine features a bi-directional guillotine cutting system that operates in both top-to-bottom and bottom-to-top directions, allowing fast and flexible cutting performance. Cutting speed is adjustable through an AC drive integrated into the control panel for optimized operation based on production needs.
Controlled by a PLC system, the BC1400H ensures precise block length measurement using an adjustable photo sensor, enabling consistent and repeatable cutting accuracy.
An integrated motorized roller conveyor automatically transfers cut foam blocks to the next conveyor or trolley system, reducing manual handling and improving overall production efficiency.
