The MAGNA is a high-capacity continuous foaming machine designed for the production of flat-top flexible PU foam slabs with ease and precision.

Equipped with a three-conveyor system and an integrated automatic block cut-off unit, the machine enables cutting of foam blocks to the desired length directly at the end of the conveyor.

For user convenience, the MAGNA features a large PCL touch panel for intuitive operation. All trial and production recipes can be stored in the PCL memory and recalled easily, streamlining repeat production runs.
