The Edge Rounding Machine is designed to efficiently round off the edges of foam cushions, converting them into soft, pillow-shaped products. It is widely used in foam processing and bedding industries for producing uniformly shaped pillows with smooth, finished edges.

The machine cuts all four sides of a foam cushion sequentially using an endless band knife system. The blade is fully enclosed within the machine body, except at the point of operation, ensuring safe and controlled cutting performance.

It is capable of producing pillows in the range of 70 mm to 100 mm thickness on the same machine, making it versatile for different product requirements.
