Product Description:
The HHR Horizontal Cutting Machine is a heavy-duty solution designed for precision cutting of high-density flexible and bonded foam materials. It is capable of producing foam sheets with thicknesses ranging from 10 mm to 200 mm, making it suitable for demanding industrial applications.
The machine features a PLC-based control system with an easy-to-use touchscreen interface, allowing operators to manage cutting operations efficiently and with high accuracy.
Cutting is performed using an endless band knife that runs over two dynamically balanced wheels, ensuring smooth operation, precise cutting, and consistent sheet quality with minimal deviation.
During operation, the cutting table moves in a straight linear motion to maintain stability and accuracy. After each cutting cycle, the finished foam sheets are manually removed from the table, allowing for straightforward handling and workflow continuity.
The HHR model is engineered for strength, precision, and reliability, making it ideal for processing high-density foam materials in industrial production environments.

CONSTRUCTION
|
The cutting unit is welded steel construction. The table is made from heavy steel pipes and slides over track lines covered with hardened steel. The table top is made of 8mm thick aluminum sheets coated with special friction material. |

Motorized grinders sharpen the blade continuously, during cutting operation.
