Product Description:
The HRA Horizontal Cutting Machine is designed for efficient and precise conversion of PU foam blocks into sheets of varying thickness. It is widely used in foam processing industries for producing uniform foam sheets ranging from 2.5 mm to 200 mm, ensuring high accuracy and consistent cutting quality.
Equipped with a fully automated PLC-based control system, the machine offers simple one-touch operation from any position, making the cutting process highly efficient and user-friendly.
The cutting system utilizes an endless band knife that runs over four dynamically balanced wheels, ensuring smooth operation and a clean, accurate cutting surface with minimal material wastage.
During operation, the cutting table moves in a controlled linear back-and-forth motion. After each cut, the cutting head automatically lifts slightly, allowing smooth and unobstructed movement of the foam block for the next cutting cycle.
The HRA model is engineered for precision, stability, and high productivity, making it suitable for continuous industrial foam sheet production.
